Drought Survival Conference

Conducted by Cleburne, Faulkner, Stone, and Van Buren Counties

The U of A Division of Agriculture  will be holding a Drought Survival Conference for Producers and concerned individuals facing current drought conditions.  Specialists from the Little Rock State Office that will be speaking at the event include Shane Gadberry– Associate Professor of Ruminant Nutrition, John Jennings– Professor of Forage, Steve Jones-Associate Professor of Livestock, and Kenny Simon– Program Associate of Forages.  Kristal Conine CPA from Clinton  AR  will speak on Tax issues.

This meeting is open to all eligible persons without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, gender, age, disability, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status.  Persons with disabilities who require alternative means for communication of program information (large print, audiotapes, etc.) should notify the county Extension office as soon as possible prior to the activity.

8:20 pm Establishing and Managing Winter Annuals for Grazing
